Our Mission
The Tipsy Kitty is dedicated to improving the lives of free-roaming cats by offering affordable and accessible Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) clinics and resources to our community. We advocate for the importance of spay and neuter, and champion the humane treatment of all cats.
